This is your professional introduction, after all. It’s your only chance to make a memorable first impression. Since a hiring manager will spend an average of 15 seconds looking over your resume, it’s crucial you grab their attention from the get-go.  And I don’t mean flashy font and big words, I mean show them value.  Show them what they want to see.

Every manager has a set of expectations in mind when they view a resume for the first time. They have questions…they’re looking for answers. An effective resume will answer those questions with a minimal amount of effort and, as with any effective marketing tool, it will also leave the reader wanting to know more.  That’s when they pick up the phone to call you for an interview!

If you feel you are capable and qualified to write a compelling and effectual resume, then I hope you will at least take advantage of the helpful tips and tricks I’ve posted throughout this website.  However, if you’re not extremely confident in your skills as a writer and/or marketer, I would sincerely recommend you hook up with a professional resume writer to help you craft the perfect resume for you. A seasoned veteran in these matters can be an invaluable resource.

Now, here I’m supposed to say something like “So check out my unbeatable prices!” and sell you on my services, but truth be told I think you should do whatever is best for you.   Just remember it’s your career, your life, and it may be helpful to have a professional at your side!

1)  Send me your previous resume along with any other information you would like to include on your new resume.  If you don’t have an old resume to work from, then send me an email to request a Resume Building Questionnaire.

2)  Once I have reviewed all of your information I will let you know if I have any further questions, just to make sure I have all the pertinent facts.

3)  After receiving confirmation of your payment through the website, I will begin crafting your new resume and get everything back to you ASAP (typically within 24-48 hours).

4)  Upon receipt of your new resume, you have a 7-day period to request revisions and I will work with you until you are 100% confident in sending those documents out to potential employers.
